So I was having a conversation with my radio buddy, Jason Smith,

and he was giving me Mets propaganda in between our shows here.

I was pointing out that no matter how many games the Mets win,

it does not matter because once the playoffs start, they hit the reset button.

So it's great to have a bunch of wins.

It's wonderful to brag about that, but it doesn't matter.

I'm not going to sit here and talk about the Dodgers because there was no no-hitter. I do find it amusing, though, that Dave Roberts, certain guys, Clayton Gersh had a perfect game going against the twins, took him out after like 80 pitches. Tyler Anderson's throwing in no-hitter. I think he threw 220 pitches against the Angels, but they left him in there. It's fascinating to me.

Anyway, that's not what we're here to talk about.
