humor in the travails of teams that are underachieving. Say hello to Amal Shaw. Moll, how are you doing

that, buddy? I'm doing well. I'm doing well, buddy. Great to be on with you. I was looking forward

to our conversation because in my

text i said well another another pistons loss and wouldn't you know what they blow a 21 point lead

now i don't know amal maybe you're pretty sharp maybe you had them on the money line plus

830 in the first half and then grab boston plus 112 in the second half or maybe you grab

the 17 how do you handicap?

How do you book this team anymore, Amal? I think it's very difficult. No, I wasn't smart enough

to take them in the first half, but I am a big fan of taking home teams that are, you know,

prohibitive favorites against a team like Detroit. You could have gotten the Celtics plus two

and a half or three and a half for the second half number, depending on where you got and where it wound up. But, you know, the biggest issue, Bernie, when you look at this team to me, it's just a lack of effort on the defensive end. I mean, they've given up at least 107 points during this losing streak. At some point in time, if you don't give a defensive effort, you're going to lose games. And even though they don't have the talent, no team should be losing 28 games in a row in the NBA. And a lot of times they've been blown out by 30, and they've blown many double-digit leads. And the important thing now is to look ahead to Saturday when they host Toronto. Toronto's only 11 and 18. Have you seen a send-off line for that game yet?
