And our lead this hour does come from the NBA.

It was the calm before the playing storm for those pathetic franchises that failed to qualify.

Keep in mind, the NBA has 30 teams in their cartel.

20 of them are either in the playoffs or the playing tournament.

So it's very hard not to be in the play in tournament at the very least as a consolation prize.

But somehow, 10 teams managed to screw that up, and they got to clean out their

lockers for them.

The offseason has begun.

And that brings us to the life and times of Russell Westbrook, affectionately known as

West Brick, the disgruntled guard of the Lakers.
