You could tell that fall was in the air.

If you live on the face of the sun, fall was in the air at Chavez Ravine.

But there was definitely a buzz in that particular ballpark.

You saw the game on Fox or heard it on radio, you know the result,

but maybe not, maybe not. At Dodgers State, the first World Series game there in almost 30

years oven-like conditions. And in one corner, the Astros in the other corner, the Dodgers,

squaring off in a scheduled seven-round heavyweight matchup, which could

only go four rounds, could only go four, maybe five, but it's scheduled for seven rounds,

the hottest World Series game of all time. How hot was it? It was so hot, I was roasting like a

pig.

That's how hot it was.
