But Oklahoma City has agreed in principle to get rid of the dead weight that is Carmelo

Anthony to the Atlanta Hawks.

And in return, now there's technically three parts to the trade, but there's really only two.

So the way the trade works, Anthony and his contract, expiring contract, go to Atlanta.

The Thunder have to give a draft pick like three years down the line in 2022.

It's protected from the lottery, so they don't give up a lottery pick.

Inbound to Oklahoma City will be guard Dennis Schrooter.
