I have tried and I have been relatively successful from eating the forbidden fruit of the sports world.

I have, and I have been selective.

I have picked my spots here on when to do it, And I feel like this is the perfect time.

Rather than break down a Dolpy Award show, which I have zero interest in, I don't.

I'll mention a few things, but I don't feel like the NBA All-Star, it's not All-Star,

it's the end-of-season award gala. That doesn't do it any for them.

It doesn't. I mean, I'm glad they had a big party and they had a great time and they handed out awards.

But I feel that way about all awards shows. I have chosen.

It's a very noble cause to avoid all award shows.

I don't watch the Academy Awards.

I don't watch Made for TV Sports Award shows that pop up right around the All-Star break in baseball.

I don't watch those either.

I just don't.

That's not something that interests me. So the All Star, or the, again,

I keep calling the All Star, it feels like an All Star type weekend event. The NBA gala didn't do it anymore.

But one story that caught my attention, and it involves the NBA, and I thought we would start here,

is the buildup. You've got free agency starting this weekend and there's going to be a lot of

nonsense in the prelude the lead-up to the summer of LeBron, 2.0. And the story, and I chuckled

when I saw it, so I figured we got it. This is something that's right there.
