That means he was fighting the Bengals.

And that means now that he is free to move about the country in free agents he's an unrestricted free agent he won that in a grievance against the Cincinnati bangles so let's talk

about it now from from the word that's on the street and you got to listen to the word on

the street's very important the grievance goes all the way back to McCarron's rookie year in 2014, and there's a lot

of fine print in this, but essentially the Bengals kept him on the non-football injury

list for all but a couple of games there.

And then the claim at the time was that McCarran had suffered a shoulder injury away from the team,

and that's why he was on the list.

So it made that declaration, which is fine.
