So I get asked about these Seth Golden episodes more than anything else, really.

People write me all the time and say that the stuff that Seth

communicates helps them in their daily life, helps them plan long term, helps them

reframe the way they look at the world. That's what conversations with

Seth do for me. So while I'm away on vacation, I thought that a best of conversation, which we picks from these three episodes to give you one

episode in case you've missed them would be like a great thing for you to have and listen to and then might make

you want to dive deeper into Seth's work or into these podcasts or find Seth on a

bunch of other podcasts. I think the episode he did with Tim Ferris is particularly great.
