And Paul, first let me say thank you for joining because I know it's been kind of a crazy time here.

And I think for someone like me who took 47 years to actually graduate from college,

can you explain what the PBA is and how that's different than NIL?

Well, I think you first have to look at what the college model looks like.

You know, it's using university dollars to pay student athletes.

They have collectives that raise dollars to pay student athletes strictly on their ability

to play the game of basketball.

We took, the approach we took, I think goes back to the original origins of NIL and the

main premise is that we all own our name. We own our name. Jake Quarry owns his name. Paul

Nidigotins his name and we don't want to stand in the way of people being able to promote themselves

and be able to use their name if if possible, to monetize that.

And so that's kind of where our premise began when developing something in the high school

setting.

And we've watched what's going on nationally in our different state associations and around

the country.
