Kevin Bowen probably was celebrating into the wee hours Notre Dame's win last night, but had to turn around and get on it

and Andy, but I had to get to the Chris Ballard press conference, and we will begin with exactly

that. Kevin joins us now in the Express Pro Tire and Auto Guest Line. Kevin, Jimmy and I kind of

went over our impressions, our reactions to some of the things

that Chris Ballard had to say. I guess I will begin by asking you this. You have been through

now, what, eight of these, seven in terms of a host season wrap-up from Chris Ballard.

This one in terms of tone or messaging was different how?

There were definitely a lot of similarities, but I would say the differences became in his overall messaging around free agency.

Sounds like much more of a, you know, run it back was a mistake, and I need to be more willing to identify free agents that fit us,

and then when it's time to go ahead and pursue, get the ball across the goal line to use the football analogy and not, oh, you know, we're the runner-up for Daniel Hunter,

you know, kind of things like that.

So I would say that was probably the biggest difference.

You know, again, he's been so uber reliant on the locker room and, you know, really this core ever since about 2021.

I mean, this has largely been the core. Certainly the quarterbacks have changed, but

there's so many of the captains have not. And I think it was kind of an admittance of like, yep, that was probably
