It was an interesting first year, to say the least. You know, James Winston has 5,109 passing yards.

Eighth highest single season total. Only four human beings have had more than him. Drew Brees, Tom Brady, Ben Rothersberger,

and Peyton Manning. How do you balance the good against the not so good, the 30 interceptions?

It's hard. It's really hard. I mean, you would have hoped we had a better December. The decision-making

in December, I would have liked to see more growth. But his deep ball accuracy and some of the things that he improved, he improved tremendously. So I mean, this still needs the limit for him. It's just making some decisions. What is, because his good is like phenomenal good, right? I mean, it's, I'm always like, oh my gosh, this is, when you take his five best plays of the year, you go, this is one of the best quarterbacks in football. You know, what is the reasoning you get in his brain sometimes for some of the decisions he does make? Is there any common theme of, is it trying to do too much? I think that Superman Cape thing, you know, trying to every play is the biggest play of the game
