So I would tell you that this means a lot to them.

These players mean a lot to them.

I think that they want to do well for Zach and for the entire staff that put a lot into it.

I'm proud of Zach for not only the performance, you know, calling the game, but, you know, the preparation and what goes into it.

And he's earned every bit of recognition that he's getting and should get.

Not only is Zach hardcore getting the recognition, at least late in the year when people like Stephen A. Smith and Pete Schrager and company actually learned his name by the time it was postseason in the National Football League.

The most disrespected man in football?

Absolutely.

But no longer because it all fell into place.

And I was swayed last week by a strong argument by our buddy Ted Johnson when he said,

Mike Vrable's loyal you really think he's just

going to turn his back on Terrell Williams and I was like yeah that does kind of sound like

Vrable but I think what happened here fits he and let me know if you think I'm I have a decent

read of the tea leaves I think the mag I think the magnanimous guy in this was Terrell Williams

I think he took a very mature, honest approach and said,

I missed the year and he did a really good job. He proved himself the defensive coordinator

of the New England Patriots. And I'm not reading into anything health-wise. I don't know Terrell

Williams' health other than them telling us that he has passed. He has been treated successfully

for prostate cancer. But I think he probably could have

pulled on Braybill's heartstrings, right, and be like, oh, so you're just going to ditch me to the

curb? I thought you were a loyal guy. I'm going to get Wally pipped for having prostate cancer,

WTF guy. I think he probably understood the situation. And I think it worked out well, because you hear about him is he reaches people on a human level on all areas of the team.
