You've still got some of these veteran guys as well

But when you look at the youth at the quarterback spot and what seems to be the talent on some of these teams whether or not you're talking about Carson

Wentz or Dashawn Watson or Jimmy Garoppolo and then of course just the rookies who I don't know about you

But one thing that has definitely kept me more tethered to the preseason even when I haven't been able to watch the games

Paying attention to the stats more than usual is just the quantity of rookie quarterbacks that we have

To keep an eye on because you don't usually get five in the first round

Now you've got guys and you really are curious to see who is as advertised

Right who might be a little bit behind schedule and who looks like they could be ahead of schedule

And we saw one last night in Lamar Jackson who as we saw him in the first game where we were on the next day

After the Hall of Fame game showed flashes showed why you would jump up and want to take that guy was

You know is flushed out of the pocket on that one plate was able to get six yards out of it where most guys couldn't have gotten to

He is able to make things out of nothing, but he's also very much a quarterback in progress

And he's just one of the five we've seen ups and downs from Mayfield

We've seen that Sam Darnold is kind of what we thought he was I love the guy

He was the guy I wanted first if it was me picking and I think he's gonna be a star

But he does have some bread for them. He will throw an interception, which is he will free

Throws a fantastic looking football and that's kind of what we've seen so far in Arizona and
