Tuesday, Phoenix Suns on her Robert Sarver was suspended for a year, fine $10 million by the NBA. That was the result of an investigation into allegations of workplace abuse.

Yesterday, Lee Commissioner Adam Silver commented on the conclusion of the matter saying, quote, I think if they had made findings that in fact his conduct was motivated by racial animus, absolutely that would have had an impact on the ultimate outcome here. But that's not what they found.

Now, in a series of tweets after Silver's comments, the bronze folk out writing, quote, are Lee definitely got this wrong. Shannon, what's your take on all this?

I believe what is the scale, I do not envy the position that the commissioners in because I believe this is the harshest punishment that a commission could have dulled out to Robert Sarver, to Robert Sarver without putting it to a vote through the other owners and saying, should we remove him from this franchise from ownership?

And I believe it's going to what take 24 of the 30 because you got to get a majority. So a majority of 60%. So I believe you're going to have to put it to that. So I believe this is the toughest punishment. The commissioners doesn't, he's like, damn, as soon as I got into the league, I took a guy to a franchise.

He did. And so here it is on my watch, I would have taken two guys, franchise is from them and skip. Here's the problem, the slippery slope that he's on and the owners. I don't believe what a back in the commission on this situation because he's like, damn.

What if I got a big audio of me out there saying something that sideways about about about a race of people about women being massaging this to be a homophobic. And then they put this to a vote to take my franchise.

He wasn't homophobic.

But scared 10 million dollars is really not a lot of money for someone that's worth almost a billion dollars. I think that's 1.25. I think he's worth 800 million.

And the commission said if it was made with animals, this is what I don't understand. Skip it. Maybe you can show the right.
