That's why one of my favorite guests on no mercy was the wonderful and delightful Tamron Hall.

She shows us that not only must you fight through those trials,

which led to her own daytime talk show, and consequently winning an Emmy.

She also details how a family tragedy compels at the right a series of

mystery novels that highlights the marginalization of minorities in the news media,

and the absolute astonishing feat of having her first child at the age of 48.
