So Sean, let's wrap this up with part two of the show.

And part two is really going to be, okay, we're going into year five. We just talked about a million things, Sean. We were going to spend an hour on that. You and I spent two hours on that because that's just what we do. And I think everybody in the chat knew this is going to be that kind of show. Because there's a lot to have an honest conversation and not just throw out

like the bangers to try to get clicks like Marcus Freeman's underachieve the three or four

years boom put that out there in a little short and then you know you get well no we want to

have a real conversation of like you could make that argument but here's why even if you

accept that that on the whole,

I think that he's met expectations. You know what I mean? Because we're trying to get to the reality,

the truth of the situation. But here's where we are now. Whatever you think about, you know,

Chief and I disagreed on something, Andrew and I disagreed on something. There's all things that we

can disagree on. I think the one thing that we all agree on in chief and Andrew and other people, if you guys

don't agree with I'm about to say, let me know. We all agree going into year five. The expectation

absolutely is that you should play for a championship in 2026. That's what this team is. I think we all

agree that this is one of the three or four best

rosters in all of college football, if not the best roster in college football. I think you can

at least debate if it's the best, but when was the last time prior to the last couple of years, you could debate that

Notre Dame had the best roster in Codds football?

It's been a while.

And so I think when you look at it right now, I look at 2026, year five of Marcus Freeman, this is the, we're about to learn who he really

truly is in 2026. Is he a coach that's really good, but not elite? Or is he elite? That was sort of

the knock on Ryan Day for a long. Nobody debated in my opinion.

Like anyone that was having an honest conversation, nobody thought Ryan Day was a bad coach.

You don't keep going to the playoffs and winning 10, 11 games every year, playing in big bowls.
