They were born in a way that they are just going to win no matter what.

And so those people are not good models to follow.

For the rest of us, what we should be doing is we should be creating a safe

environment in which we can be as vulnerable as we need to be to not only hold on to the possible, but to actually increase our chances of the probable.

And we don't create those environments for ourselves.

As a society, as a government, as businesses,

as a culture in America.

We tend not to create vulnerable environments that allow us to be safe enough, to be exposed enough

to actually increase our probabilities.

So what we do is we, one, look at all these examples of people that don't need that and we try to live like them.

And then we fail and then we experience unnecessary suffering. And then two, we experience unnecessary suffering.

And then two, we hold on, we can't find the safe places to explore our vulnerabilities

and our flaws and the fact that it's not probable for us to be like them.

So what we do is we go to the safe places.

The safe places are the motivational events.

The safe places are the places where everyone else is

pretending to be happy. The safe places are the internet and the television and

the happy commercials and all the things that allow us to avoid looking at the things

that are not increasing our probabilities of success. We tend to not do it because it's very vulnerable and hard and exposing and we don't have the

places to play that out. It's only happening in the recesses of our own mind and that's a very lonely

place to be.
