And the offense got rolling thereafter.

Did it feel like the 2024 watching commanders?

When I was watching it, I kind of felt like Jaden was back to being like he was last year.

That's the first time I felt that.

I thought he was on point throughout the game.

You saw him with his legs. Like he didn't have a huge gain in there. But he pretty much could do whatever he wanted. You know, for the most part, was sliding. I mean, the only thing that was different was there was no Terry. I mean, he got Debo. So Debo was the Terry yesterday. The pass to McCaffrey was perfect.

Great throw.

The pass to Moore, which was dropped, would have been a touchdown.

That was great on the run.

I just think it's funny how, and again, I've said it for days, weeks, that sports is so unpredictable, how we've been killing the defense.

Well, we weren't killing them after the Raider game because they played well, but we certainly killed them after the Falcon game. And now, after the first quarter, yesterday, the defense was really good. Excellent. Getting after the quarterback, forcing turnover, secondary is much better because the pressure was good. They got to Herbert and forced him to throw some balls a little quicker than they probably wanted to. To me, that's why it doesn't feel quite like last year because I don't remember many, if any, defensive-led victories. I think it seems better this year. I know they're three and two. I think they're better. I just have a sense. They got to get rolling and, you know, they could lose to the bears.

It could happen and then, well, everybody will these skies falling in?

But all the stuff we talked about in the off season, when they started acquiring guys like Tunsell and Debo Samuel, and they draft kind of, We said the offense was going to be better.
