for me this morning was the former competitor of the station.

He worked at back in the day.

So there you go.

That's a little trip down memory lane for him.

And here was Gruden teed up on the whole jet situation.

John, I want to ask you, there was a report that the New York Jets had reached out to you

about possibly joining their staff and you declined.

Can you tell us anything about that?

Well, there's a lot of reports we're not going to get into.

As you know, there's a lot of stupid rumors out there.

Some of these reports are ridiculous.

Let's just say that there was never anything from the Jets, and I wish them well in

their search for a new offensive coordinator. Matter of fact? Yeah, interesting. So they're

not buying it. No, I just, so one of two things are happening, and I feel like John doesn't want

to deal with stuff like this, and he could say something like there was never anything from the Jets with the plausible

deniability.

So I believe that more than someone like Zach Rosenblatt putting out something that's

completely untrue.

I would agree.

I don't think Zach did anything untrue.

That's what I'm saying.
