I'm so like, I cannot tell you how grateful I am to you for listening to this show and

I remember when this was just an idea that popped into my head one day on a freeway and

I didn't know what to do with it.

So I let it go.

And then a couple of years later, I'm in the gym and I'm like, the same idea popped in my

head.

I was like, well, I don't just make it a podcast and just make it a podcast.
