Yeah, journaling for me is such a healing practice. I think the thing I love most about journaling is the clarity it brings if ever I feel that I'm processing something traumatic or anxious or just learning something new, just getting the words out of my head onto the page.

I really love being able to just brain-dump, free right, and then see the clarity and peace that comes from that practice.
