Hello, this is Kieran.

It's nearly Christmas, so MPs have packed up and gone home for the holidays, which means

Parliament is pretty quiet.

But we didn't want to leave you without something to listen to as you do your last-minute

Christmas shopping.

So here are a few of our favourite moments from the podcast this year.

It's been a mixed year for former Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rainer. She championed

the landmark employment rights bill. She introduced housing reforms to get Britain building,

and she helped prevent a major backbench rebellion against welfare reforms. But ultimately,

she had to resign after it was discovered she didn't pay enough tax on an £800,000

flat she owns in Hove.

She returned to the back benches away from the public eye, but the idea of Angela Rainer as a potential leader of the Labour Party never went away.

And a few weeks ago, she made a spectacular return in Parliament to defend the Employment Rights Bill.

Madam Deputy Speaker, it has been a battle to pass this bill, but progress is always a struggle

that we fought for. Its passage will be a historic achievement for this Labour government.

It will benefit working people now and into the future.

Now is not the time to blink or buckle.

Let's not waste a minute more.

It's time to deliver.
