If you haven't seen Subaru's brand new dealership, North John Young Parkway, I should run by there.

It is beautiful. I mean, it's state-of-the-art. They've got Subaru merchants.

But then I'm going to want to get a new car. And I really can't. I'm on a spending freeze, much like you, sir.

Their service department is awesome. State-of-the-art, when you pull up, it measures the tire wear on your tires,

gives you a display screen, shows you like, I'm a sucker for all that stuff. You've got you got 50%

wear on your driver's side right front tire. You know, I love stuff like that. And then it's just

incredible. And I'm such a weirdo. I love the smell of car dealerships. I like the smell of the rubber. I like walking around in there. I like looking at new cars. I like sitting in them. I like reading the sticker. Plus, Subaru is such a great company that they bought all that land right there. And then they took out 40,000 tons of garbage. And this isn't the first time.

They've done this other dealerships that they've engineered. This is kind of their thing. Their thing is like, hey, we're going to. Conservation. Leave it better than you've found it. Doing something good for your neighborhood. They've always done that as far as local charities are involved. Well, they're the love event. We've been working with them for. How many years have we been working with them?

It's been like eight years.

And I remember one year they hooked up Yellow Brick because Yellow Brick was in the share of the love event. I mean, we're talking millions of dollars.

Every year, yeah, every year they do a new local charity. Yeah, I mean, and the Subaru Corporation globally, millions.

Yeah. Great vehicle, lifetime power train warranties.

They all will drive, great cars.
