So the bum and junkie explosion, which is taking place across the blue frontiers of America, blue politically speaking,

the West Coast, Austin, Texas, no coincidence that Austin, which happens to be a very blue city, has the worst bum problem in Texas.

I just drove by a couple of dudes this morning with the carts loaded up with mattresses and bags and stuff like that.

The sort of thing that you only used to see in like, I don't know, Skid Row Los Angeles are really bad neighborhoods.

It's now everywhere.

Yeah, yeah.

And we do quite intentionally use the term, Bums and Junkies, because the people who had a medical emergency and missed the rent and will be back on their feet as soon as they can and are getting help, they're not causing the problems.

They're not shooting up in the park.

They're not stabbing people to death in a burger king drive through.

They're not ruining the parks and pooping on the sidewalks and the rest of it.

That's Bums and Junkies.
