This happened around 10 years ago when I was a high school student.

One winter's day, there was an accident.

Apparently, I pushed an old woman onto the train tracks. I say apparently because

I have absolutely no memory of this at all. This wasn't a station I usually visited, and I can't

really remember anything that happened after I left home. The first I heard of all this

happening was when the police were questioning me

at the station about it. Seeing my parents crying seemed to bring me back to my senses. Luckily,

there were no trains passing at the time, so the woman only suffered some bruises. But

witnesses said I was screaming stuff at the woman, like,

It's all your fault I bought this. Get rid of it. Die, die, die, die. And even as five people

tried to hold me back, I kept screaming at her. Being that I was a high school student, in the end we settled out of court, but

rumors soon spread at school and they had no choice but to expel me. One day, around a year later,

my mother told me something shocking. That old woman you pushed off the platform. "'She's dead.'

"'I was certain that I was at fault, like,

"'did her hitting her head cause it?

"'I was so shocked I couldn't stand on my own two feet any longer.

"'But it seemed that a businessman at that same station pushed her this time, and because a train

was passing, she died instantly. Like me, however, he had no memory of what happened,

and witnesses heard him screaming the same thing as me, too.
