0:40.4	which is just that, well, if you want to get really good at something, you just want to do it a lot.
0:45.1	And there's a truth to that, you know, the whole 10,000 hour old popular has been not come glad. Well, it's like it's not wrong that if you spend lots and lots of time doing it, it's going to be
0:49.1	better than if you spend less time doing it and that you're probably going to keep getting better a little bit as you
0:54.9	practice. Once you get to a certain level, most of what you're doing is counteracting this process
0:59.9	of I've actually done too much practice here. I need to bring it down to a level where I can see
1:05.5	exactly what I'm doing and make a subtle modification. Now, I mean, it is a little more complicated
1:09.5	in this. I don't want to just say that you just repeat something. You just practice mindlessly and you can't make
1:13.3	improvements. Obviously, when we do things, we also pick up new techniques, we integrate it. It's
1:17.5	more complicated than that. But I do think figuring out the right kind of practice is super
1:22.2	important because it's just definitely not the case. It's just doing something repetitively over and over and over again is going to
1:28.0	necessarily lead to the perfect method or the perfect way of doing it.
