And a couple really important things that I've learned in my life.

Number one, you've heard me say this before, it means what you make it mean, right?

And so something can happen in your life, you interpreted, you make it mean something,

and that could be positive or negative, somebody else can experience

the very same thing and get a completely different interpretation.

So it means what you make it mean.

You are the one who's attributing a particular

meaning to a situation, a circumstance, or event. The other thing I learned from

Dr. John D. Martini, which is the law of polarity, which means that for any situation, for anything, it has two sides.

There's a positive and then there's negative.

And I'll never forget, you know, he says,

there's no such thing as a one-sided magnet.

You're always gonna have the positive charge,

you're always gonna have the negative charge. No matter how thinly you slice it,

you will never get a one-sided magnet, right? You can't do it. And so I look at life and experiences that way. And so as Mary's going to talk about, even though
