Summary

Author and researcher Brené Brown discusses the importance of having boundaries as it relates to authenticity. Which usually requires, as she says, choosing discomfort over resentment. In the coming year, set an intention to say no to what you don’t really want to do. Saying no allows you to say YES to the things that are most important.
