0:07.9	Today's show is the best of this year.
0:11.6	We pulled out some really cool pieces of your top listened to shows and things that we feel

0:22.4	I wanted to share a little bit about this year in a nutshell for me. Mentally, it's been one of
0:27.5	my hardest years yet. Physically, I'm the strongest that I've ever been. Spiritually, I'm
0:32.7	finding myself again and feeling connected to my higher power and I'm really figuring out my exact purpose on this planet.
0:39.6	Business-wise, this has been our steadiest and most consistent year yet. But I won't pretend that it's
0:47.9	been an easy year for me as my depression has decided to come back. After having our sweet baby
0:53.3	A.V. 18 months ago, I'm a different
0:56.0	girl. Now, I know that I am different than I was a decade ago when I fought through depression
1:01.0	the first time, but I still have very, very low days where I can't get out of bed. And if I'm
1:06.8	being honest, I feel really alone sometimes in this profession. I feel compelled to share that
1:11.5	because I have an amazing life, but I can still feel lost. It's hard to complain when I do have
1:19.5	everything that I've ever dreamed of. If you've ever dealt with dark days, then you know that they
1:24.3	show up without warning or notice. Just a few more days left as I'm recording this before the winter solstice.
1:31.6	And hopefully I can find myself again as the days begin to get longer.
1:35.0	And I'm looking for a new me in 2023.
1:39.1	Thanks for letting me be vulnerable here today because I really needed to share that.
1:43.4	But as we close out 2022 for the
