podcasting up a storm. I mean it's been non-stop and it's been a lot of fun. I've

met some incredible people including Chris Waddell who we're going to be talking to today.

And Chris what a like he's got I can already tell

and this is something I have some experience with like just this massively open heart.

He's got a heart of gold. You know, Chris is paralyzed from the waist down from a skiing

accident in college. So this has been living with this for a very long time. He's a world

class athlete.

You know, the accolades and the things I won't go through him.

It's just extraordinary what he's accomplished and how he's overcome,

you know, this obstacle, but also be, you know,

to be an example for everyone not just people who have had similar
