Did you watch any of the All-Star game festivities yesterday?

I was watching SNL, the 50-year anniversary.

I was paying attention to the All-Star game.

Weird format.

Little more defense than last year when they combined for 397 points.

And so they revamped the whole All-Star game.

Did you like it at all no none not really

i mean here's i'll just say this look they're trying adam silver's trying to find a way to make

this thing matter but i think the maybe the the the singular moment that defined it for me was a league that right now needs

some good press, some good headlines just in terms of the ratings and numbers and all the

things that it just is not particularly a cool league it doesn't feel like right now and a lot

of the things that are being talked about are trying to explain where it finds itself.

And the most marketable star since Michael Jordan just decided, no, I'm not going to play.

And look, I don't necessarily blame him.

I mean, he's going to rest his foot.

He's going to rest all this kind of stuff.

But you've got your commissioner doing contortions trying to make this thing work.

And LeBron's just going to say, nah, not going to worry about that.

So, and he made that decision, and it came there, you know, that day.
