It's that time again. Welcome again to Gun Talk. I'm Tom Gresham, your host. We get together every week to talk about guns and shooting and gun collecting and target shooting and hunting and, yeah, Second Amendment as well. There's a lot of things going on. We're going to be talking about some cool stuff, some ammo and some shooting stuff. But you know, I got to jump right into the

middle of this. We just had a major court decision, actually a couple of them that kind of

changes the landscape. And we got to talk about that. And I'll get into this a good bit more,

a little bit later in the show. But just to give you the highlights, we now are able to carry legally into post offices

with some restrictions and with some limitations.

We'll cover that as well.

But the big news comes out of the Third Circuit, a U.S. Court of Appeals, which just ruled late this past week

that a ban on AR-15s and semi-automatic firearms and the big part of this,

and a ban on standard capacity magazines, that is, magazines that hold more than 10 rounds,

is unconstitutional. This affects the New Jersey ban on AR-15s and other semi-attos and on

standard capacity magazines. What's this going to mean?
