I'm doing great. We had a really good Mother's Day after listening to, I've got to ask you right away.

What'd you come through with? Would you get your wife?

I mean, so I got done with that podcast on Thursday and I started to call around for flower shops and things like that here in the area

couldn't get anything. So it was like full-fledged panic mode and then I'm going oh man you know there's no there's no stores for me to go walk in

around the area that I could just figure something out on the fly so I had to put on the old

apron and cook some breakfast and treat my wife like the

Queen she is on Mother's Day.

What did you make that all I let her sleep in? I sausage had her coffee and espresso ready made her

celery juice and then I made her Ezekiel bread Ezekiel toast with avocados and onions on it.

That's one of her favorite.

So I made that for her mother's, yep, and trust me,

and when I tell you, Paul Paul I can't cook shit I mean unless it's on a

grill and it's a burger or a steak there's no hope for me so it took me a long

time to get that all together and make it

look presentable. So I'm sure she appreciated the effort but did she

actually enjoy the meal? I think she did and like she actually took a picture of the meal and like everything and sent it to my family

and she told me it was one of the best gifts I've ever given her so

winner it's pretty good I'm'm winter. I still over like a 15 minute massage
