| 0:00.0 | Welcome to Dishing Up Nutrition, brought to you by nutritional weight and wellness. |
| 0:13.1 | We are a small Minnesota company with the big goal of spreading the real food message |
| 0:18.8 | and helping people draw the connection between what they eat and how they feel. |
| 0:24.4 | I'm Leah Cryingtrote, a registered and licensed dietitian, and today I'm here with Teresa Wagner to talk about some of the best foods to manage your cholesterol. |

| 2:04.6 | And generally what I hear from my clients, too, is that their doctor will say, |
| 2:08.1 | sure, let's go ahead and then we'll retest in a couple of months. |
| 2:11.7 | So I think the medical profession is on board with diet having an impact. |
| 2:16.0 | I do think it's interesting that aside from |
