dive right in today. When it comes to the best crystals for the seasons, I really like to lean

into my intuition and I think about

how each season makes me feel. Then I sort of connect that feeling with a crystal that evokes

those same feelings for me. Living here in the Midwest, I am always struck by the beauty of the changing seasons. Right now, as I'm recording

this, it's autumn. The leaves have just started to change color. It's getting really cool at night.

And I've found myself more than once this week really admiring the colorful tree canopies,

collecting acorns, and enjoying the scent of the fall air.

There are a lot of things that I love about living in Wisconsin, but that distinct change from one season to the next definitely makes my top five.

It's just there's something always so magical about

that change in helping you really slow down and notice what's going on around you. But I do

realize that you may not experience traditional seasons where you live. But no matter where you reside, you can look for

your own seasonal markers to track the change in annual cycles. So, for example, instead of spring,

summer, fall, and winter like I have, you may have a sunny season and a rainy season. Or perhaps
