Some areas of the U.S. have been catastrophic seeing catastrophic amounts of snow.

One of those areas being upstate New York.

So when 27-year-old Jay Whithey, he found himself stranded on the side of the road.

He got out of his car and walked through the blizzard to a high school that he knew

wasn't too far away in hopes that he could find some shelter there and help get himself

through the night at least because you're not going to make it if you stay in your car.

Because I think he had been trapped there for like a day or something and like a lot

of other people were trapped with him, I think.

That's insane.

Yeah, I can't even imagine living like that, who would choose to live in that part of

the country?
