Summary

While hanging out talking about all the things, Morgan asked Raymundo to share some life updates and he had things to share about kids, and a new car. Plus they talk about some childhood moments and what dances were like for them as teens. The two of them also gave some great Nashville recommendations for anyone visiting Tennessee in 2022.

If you haven't listened to this podcast before, what I do is break down some of the segments from the Bobby Bone Show this week and talk about, you know, the highlights, maybe things you miss, maybe the best parts that you missed. I don't know. But my favorite part is when I bring somebody on and we talk about life and love and therapy and all the things. Excuse me? That's a lot. I knew you were going to say that. You just like throw it in there. I do. Listen, I just kind of keep rolling and whatever happens, happens. Geez, I don't know if I want to talk about all that stuff. I mean, you never know what we talk about on this podcast. You're like, Ray, I want to talk about love, life, your soft underbelly, all the saddest things you've done in your life. Now, soft underbelly, I definitely want to get back to that one. But we're just going to get started so Ray and I can catch up because I need to hear all about Vegas. We need some life updates. You know, all that good stuff. What do you say, Ray? Yeah. All right. So fun having Walker Hayes on the show this week. You know, he's been living in Nashville for 17 years, but in the past year, things have blown up for him. And he released a new album this week. So we got to catch up with him and hear all the things, especially about new music, about how his family handles fame. I mean, all the good

stuff. So right now you guys can hear that interview with Walker. And I'm telling you, if you missed it,

a tough loss when Alabama lost.

1:45.1

That's his team.

1:46.2

So we're going to be very gentle with him.

1:48.5

Although it's like a mixture because, hey, Walker, come on in, buddy.

1:52.8

No, sit over here.

1:53.7

I was talking about today, your record's out.

1:55.9

So that's good.

1:57.4

But if my team had lost, it would be bad. I win Alabama for you. Where are you on that? I'm okay now. Was it rough for a minute? Yeah, it hurt. But Alabama wins all the time. It's got to be different. We did. We did. And I was, you know, the SEC championship was awesome. I mean, I enjoyed that a lot and it was good to beat the dogs, but yeah, it kind of hurt. Well, it's good to see you again. Good to see y'all. I was thinking about you yesterday. I was in the dentist chair. I had broken a tooth, so I had to go in. And, you know, you and I talk rather frequently in one way or the other. And I was like, what do I talk to Walker about that we haven't talked about 10 times before? But I was just starting to get laughing gas at the same time that I'm having these thoughts about myself. And laughing gas for me is the only time where I really go into full relaxation mode. Okay. It's the only thing that does it for me where I start to have thoughts that I normally wouldn't have. And the only thing that kept coming to me was,

2:53.5

I should really talk to him about the difference in being famous versus not being famous.

2:55.7

Okay.

2:56.4

Because you've had...

2:57.1

I had no idea where this was going.
