I've got a lot of things to talk about, especially because this was our first week back after our holiday break. And there's a lot that we did. So let's get into it.

0:41.5

Coming in at that number seven spot, it's the new year, which obviously means some resolutions from everyone on the show. We shared what we hope to do in 2023. we discussed some potential other options if you don't want to do a resolution. So here it is in case maybe you have a similar

0:45.1

resolution or word to one of us or maybe you have a totally different one and

you can share it with us. Number seven. New Year, new you? Everybody? Yeah, new

0:57.7

What's your word? Everybody's got a different strategy, how they take on a new year. I'd like to hear what it is. What is your resolution if that's where you want to go? Amy, I'm going to you. Trying is cool. Okay.

0:51.4

Because I'm going to try to try some things this year.

0:54.6

Meaning, this is what I'm interpreting, you're going to do things badly. Yeah, and that's okay. And you got to do things badly sometimes to do things middley than to do things good. Yeah. That is being vulnerable. That's taking a risk. And it's also knowing you can't get great at something unless you spend some time investing in yourself doing it and that comes to a lot of struggle. Good for you. I love it. That's a good one. You're trying. What was it again? Trying is cool. Trying is cool. It is cool. It is cool. It is. Try. I try all time. It don't. It doesn't work out. But you never hear about those, right? People should, and I wrote my second book fail until you't, mostly on that premise that if you go and you bomb out on something and you're just like, I'm embarrassed, and nobody else even knows or they're so self-absorbed, they don't notice or care. I mean, think about the last time you really mess something up. You know it. But think about the last time you saw somebody mess up a speaking deal or fail it something. You've already forgotten about it. Oh, yeah. So just know you have the freedom that nobody's going to remember you messing up. So go and do it. Go fail miserably. And then if you're like, wow, I really think I could do better and I could achieve that because I've learned a lot, doing it and if not move on without the fear of people going

2:19.2

2:21.6
