Sometimes we talk about what happened on the show.

Other times we just kind of get deep down and personal, which is typically what Abby and I do.

We're going to dive right in number seven.

Eddie shared something that his kid has been going through recently. And I think a lot of

parents. And unfortunately, some kids can relate to this one. So his kid has been dealing

with some bullying issues with basketball, which is super unfortunate. And it broke my heart

to hear that. But Eddie gives the lowdown of what happened, how he responded to it. And, of course, we had some listeners call in and share some of their input. Number seven. Okay, Eddie, what happened with your kid? Oh, this was tough. So my seven-year-old, he's joining a new basketball team, and he shows up, and he's, he's little for his, for his age. So he shows up. And two boys in his team are laughing at him just saying like, look at this guy. He's so short. He's not going to make any of the baskets. And my son hears him. And I'm one of the, I mean, I guess all the dads chip in. So we're all kind of coaches. So if we're at practice, we're all helping out. And I'm right there hearing them laugh every single time my son takes a shot. So I get a little fired up over it. So they're saying he's too small. Yes. Are they trying to block his shots? No, no. We're doing layup drills. And every time he goes up for the layup, they're like, watch this. The little guy's going to try to make a layup. He's not even going to get close to the basket.

But hey, my son's draining every single one.

And they say it about five times. And finally the fifth time, I'm like, uh-uh, that's it. I'm about to say something. So I say, I pull them both aside. I say, hey, you two. there's no laughing at your teammates i don't care who your teammate is you guys have each other's
