What's up, guys, how are you?

Welcome in to a early Friday morning edition of the Daily Juice podcast. This will drop on Thursday afternoon as I get on a

plane and head back to Boston. So that's why we're taping this. My flights at about 3 o'clock

Pacific time. And then I get in because of the time change. I don't get into like 1130.

And then I got to drive up to New Hampshire. So I'm getting in very, very late.

So we're putting this out now for Friday. If you are watching this expecting Thursday,

I have like a self-imposed ban on myself while I'm on this vacation that I'm only going to be on my phone for five hours a day.

I know that sounds like a lot, but for me, that's like nothing.

I think I average like 13 hours a day or something like that on my phone.

So I'm a little bit obsessed and a little, a little bit of a problem.

So I'm going to try to detox this.

This is a detox trip for me. I'm not working

at all. First time since July of 2020, I will not be doing a daily podcast. Even when I left the

Jews for those seven months, I was still doing a daily podcast. I was just doing my own version

of the daily juice. So we came back and now it's been consistent. So other than me being in the

hospital, I've never gone more than two days in a row without producing a daily juice podcast

since July of 2020. It is now April of 2025. So this will be different. This will be unique. I won't be

betting. It's going to be wild. This will be unique. I won't be betting.
