Oh, yeah. I'm doing like the Derek Henry all season workouts, you know, frequent things like the, you know, 150 pound chain around my neck and just lifting it slowly up and down.

Sadly, though, if I were trying to seal a base in a baseball game, I'd probably over slide second as well.
