We have a special segment in store tonight. Get ready. I'm going to be put on the spot. Thanks to

one Jason Sobel and the crew. But at first, there's some news today from the PGA Tour. So let's

bring in the stars of the show. We have Sobel. We have Cia. We have Patrick back from Shinnecock.

And before we get into the news of the day, Patrick, you are out there on site. Do you think that the fans on Long

Island were unfair to Wyndham Clark? It was a disgrace, EC. Something that should never be seen

at a golf tournament. This is a golf tournament we're talking about. This isn't a sport. This isn't like an NFL

game, a basketball game, a UFC fight. It's golf we're talking about. It was it was unbecoming of the

Long Island crowd. I will say, you know, social media gave it to them good this week. First three days, they can't do

anything right because none of them are at the golf tournament. Then lo and behold, they come to

the golf tournament and everyone's mad at them now. I think there are a few bad actors, but it wasn't

great. Sobel, there have been, you're a New York guy by birth.

And there have been thoughts that, hey, Beth Page is getting the PGA Championship in

2033.

It should be taken away because the New York fans were so unbecoming at the Rider Cup the other

year and then what we saw this past weekend.

All right, as the native New York or native Long Islander, in fact, first of all, what do you expect? We're loud. We're going to yell stuff. I mean, this is just what we do. Secondly, I don't know how much is it. I don't understand why people are, there's so much backlash against Wyndham Clark. First of all, because he threw temper tantrums a couple times at major championships last year.

Quite honestly, I would have thought that would make him relatable to the guy that goes out on a Sunday morning to the local muni and, you know, throws his club in the pond when he makes a triple boge. Like, I would think people would actually gravitate towards him a little bit. I think part of this was, hey, you know what? He's leading by a bunch. I want to see some drama at my U.S. Open on a Sunday afternoon, so I'm going to root against him just to have Scotty and some of the other guys get a little bit closer. But I don't know. I thought it was ridiculous. I interviewed Wyndham Clark before the tournament started. He was apologetic and embarrassed about what happened at Okubot last year. He's made amends for it. I think it's silly that everyone's rooting against him. But honestly, it's just a, it's just

a few that are doing this. And it leaves guys like us talking about it for years afterwards.
