Hello everyone. Welcome back to another episode of the Epic Gardening

podcast. We are talking about Aquaponics today, specifically, what are the

best books, resources, blogs, videos, etc out there to get started in aquaponics?

When getting started in aquaponics, it's actually more confusing than hydroponics.

It's really hard to know where to begin. It's more complicated

than soil gardening or even hydroponics, so it's very natural to feel confused

when you're starting out. When I first started out growing al-Craponically I turned to some of the best books to show me the way.

So those books gave me a bunch of information I needed to get my first systems up and running, but they're not really the only

resource, especially now with the internet and a bunch of aquaponics communities popping

up all around the internet.

In this episode, I'm going to go over a few books that I think are really good

introductions to growing aquaponically and just

cover them in order, you might want to pick them up at your library

or buy them on Amazon or something like that

if you're just looking for an introductory resource.

So let's get started.

First is by Sylvia Bernstein and again all these will be in the show

notes for the podcast today. This one's called Aquaponic Gardening a step-by-step guide to raising

vegetables and fish together.

This is one of the more recent books about Aquaponics.

Sylvia Bernstein is actually the founder of the Aquaponics source, which is a website that's

devoted to Aquaponics.
