The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4: 6:05pm- On Monday, a New York jury found Daniel Penny not guilty in the death of Jordan Neely. Neely had threatened to kill passengers while riding the New York subway when Penny stepped in and restrained him via a chokehold. Neely died shortly after.
