There was this guy named Ellis.

He went to the beach, and when he was there, he lost his wedding ring.

So he hops onto the community Facebook page, and he tells everyone, hey, here's my ring.

This is what it looks like.

Can you help me out?

Well, the post called the attention of a metal detector hobbyist.

His name was Steve.

So Ellis then used his fitness tracker app to give Steve a map of all of his movements during the day at the beach everywhere he went.

And so the metal detector guy, he says it took him only about two to three minutes to find the ring.

Isn't that amazing stuff?
