I think we each have five, right? Five pieces of advice that have made a big impact on us and that

we continue to find helpful. Okay, here is my first one. Email is always the easiest and worst

choice. I heard this from a past manager when I was working at ASU.

She said it during a big team meeting and honestly kind of offhandedly.
