Michael, welcome back. This is the second time that I've had here, excited to sit down and do an interview with you.

I've gotten to know you a little bit over, how long has it been since we met a year or so?

Year, year and a half, maybe. Yeah, you came out to Puerto Rico to my fast track program and

and you actually stayed an extra day and got to hang out with me and my wife. And we talked about all kinds of stuff, business and plans and life and mindset.

And my wife was involved in some of those conversations, which was great.

And really just kind of like where you want to go next in life.

From there, you kind of came back to Phoenix and did some things and did some

deals and had some success. Our first interview was great. Great reaction. I think it really kind of

touched people because you talked about how you don't necessarily, when you get into this business,

you talked a little bit about how you don't have to be the the entrepreneur with all the overhead and all the responsibility that you could

actually be really successful underneath another group another another business another company

that's doing the business so you've done that but now you've branched out you've gone on your own

so i'm excited to hear how it's going what your your plans are, what you're doing. So maybe let's pick up from where we left off, where you were working under Ricky over at FlipLab and their group. And now here you are. Yeah, yeah. And thank you for having me back on the show. I really appreciate it. And it's always a pleasure hanging out with you. So yeah, starting from where I left off, you know, is, you know, I'm still the spokesperson for the new investor out there that, you know, still is trying to find their way, of course. And, you know, being an entrepreneur is amazing. And I really enjoyed that. But eventually,

you know, I, you think about, hey, why did you leave your W-2 job? And it always comes down to,

you know, just aligning with yourself and what your goals are. And, you know, it's like, hey, maybe,

maybe I should just take the leap of faith here

and, and do what I should have been doing all along.

And, you know, for the company that I was working with before, I have so much, so much

respect for them because they got me to the next step.
