0:09.0	When we're standing, we push into the ground.
0:12.0	The ground pushes back up.
0:13.0	That's called ground reaction force.
0:15.0	And when we push with our muscles harder than the ground is holding us down, that's how we move.
0:20.0	So what we did with our shoes
0:21.6	is we angled the ground reaction force so more of it is going in towards the body. So now when
0:27.3	you load on your backside, you're a little bit more stable and you've got more force going
0:31.7	into your body and then when you transfer from the backside to the front side, you get more
