On Wednesday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Israelis they have to be prepared for a

prolonged army operation in Gaza.

Over 1,300 Palestinians and at least 59 Israelis have been killed so far,

and there's no end to the violence in sight.
