Hey everybody, Rob Mauer here. Happy Friday. Today we do get to talk about Gigabre Lins

0:11.6

final approval. Along with that approval, we do have some more details on what happens

0:15.5

from here. We'll go through those. Also got an update on that water court case. A couple

0:19.5

of rumors on both new factories, more news on that Panasonic factory that I mentioned

0:23.5

yesterday, some news on China, delivery wait times, and a couple other items as well.

0:27.9

Click at the stock today, Tesla doing relatively well just down one-tenth of a percent while

0:31.3

the NASDAQ was down 1.7%, and the NASDAQ was down significantly more than down the S&P.

a couple of press releases. So they say that they've received the final approval notice

1:04.7

for the construction of its two factories for the production of electric cars and battery

1:09.0

cells. It's nice to have that confirmation. I mean, obviously this is maybe a little

1:12.3

bit behind on vehicle production from where Tesla would have liked to be, but for battery

1:15.4

cells, this seems to be right on or even a little bit ahead of where Tesla is at.

1:19.3

So obviously the mood of this press conference was very celebratory, finally crossing this

1:23.3

milestone. It's a big deal. A lot of work was done by both sides, all sides here, to

1:27.3

get to this point. It's a huge day for Tesla and a huge day for Berlin and Brandenburg

1:31.4

and all of Germany. Despite all those things to celebrate, the state did also acknowledge
